Today I feel bloated and fat :-(
okay I really had a small pity party yesterday, with a little bit of bingeing. but other wise, I have been having issues since I started my diet. I am exercising everyday, I'm eating more fruits and vegetables than before, and drinking more water, my problem is I am still tired all the time. what am I missing?

I'm with you on the tired. But for me I know it's just not sleeping well or not getting a full 8 hours in. I toss and turn and have just never been a good sleeper, so no amount of exercise or eating right will help me when I don't get enough sleep. One thing that has helped a little lately is that I've been walking after dinner, just a short walk and not super intense. I think that little bit of extra activity helps me wind down in the evening and get better sleep at night. If you are getting good sleep you may want to check with the doctor and see if there could be something else going on, maybe you need a vitamin or something to help. Good luck!!

I also have some trouble sleeping. When I started adding a little circuit weight training to my routing ( 3 times per week), I actually started sleeping better. Maybe your muscles are restless. Maybe I'm insane, I don't know, but . . . . .
