I am still at 130 but at least I have not increased. I have started my cycle so that might account for something?!? This weekend, I did stick to the diet but ate a few saucy meats...like ribs, wings etc. I think this was probably bad. Its hard to count carbs when you aren't sure how many something has. The point is, I haven't given up! I will try harder and in fact, I have ordered a swimsuit to help inspire me! I think this will really make me see how much I have to accomplish in order to be comfortable.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so great and you don't have far to go. Keep it up! Yeah - I think that time of the month makes you gain water weight and it looks like you arent loosing when you really are.
