Doing good......I've walked every day this week. I need to make myself walk on the weekends though.

Have you tried to mix your walking with a bit of running to change things? It doesn't have to be much - a minute here and there. It will re-vamp your metabolism also. Or, just dance to fast pace music inside your own home for 30 minutes.

I have tried to run, but it just feels awkward to me. I think I feel self concious about people seeing me run.......IDK why. I will try dancing to fast paced music though, thanks Sweetalot
