End of week 8 of my reverse diet.
Averge weight 55.28
Averge calories 1713 with 94 pro, 206 carbs and 59 fat
A drop of 1.3 lbs on averge
Things are going well, total calories increase since the start 206 calories. I'll keep doing it slowly. no need to rush the process as mu goal is to fix my metabolism. Also My hormones are stabilizing .
