Dunno what's going on, yesterday I got on the scales and was up two pounds even though I've been following my diet faithfully and exercising :/ Well today, I exercised in the gym, doing 70 minutes on the stairclimber, 10 minutes on bicycle and 20 minutes weightlifting. Enjoyable listening to Katy Perry, lol.

Exercise can cause your muscles to retain water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as a temporary gain. Drink plenty of water.
