Things are going good. I've been walking every night for 30 mins or more, even though I've had a sore throat since last thurs. Don't know why it hasn't gone away. Walking to the Audio book has made take longer walks. I find that when I listen music I walk faster though. maybe I'll do both.

Hey there ! I just noticed your post, and wanted to Congratulate you on your walks !!! :D YAY !!! However, you may want to go get a strep test for your throat -- we are just getting over strep here, and I am so glad we found out what was going on... Either way, I hope you are feeling better !!!
