I'm on Day 3 of Clean Eating, and I've got a small problem. I lifted something I shouldn't have, & now my back hurts. Plus I'm still a little depressed about things, didn't help that my hubby & I had a stupid fight last night. Fights are always stupid, aren't they? Anyway, trying to deal with the back pain with ice & ibuprofen. And chocolate, not gonna lie. Today I had a spinach/cheese omlet made with an extra egg white for breakfast, and lunch is shrimp sauteed in garlic butter over angel hair pasta with grape tomatoes. Not sure what dinner is going to be, originally I planned on sausage with potatoes but I may do something else. We'll see.

Looks yummy! Might try some simple stretching for your back. When I wake up in the morning I lay on my back and gently pull my knees toward my chest and hold for 30 sec, relax repeat several times. After hours of laying in bed it helps straighten out the kinks🙃

Fighting is awful. Agree and never seems worth repeating, but we all do. Just don’t forget to make up...😂😂@DP

Love the Italian table cloth to go with that fantastic looking meal. Sorry about your back. Please look after it and rest. It needs to heal before you keep going. Get well. I agree with Princess.
