Feeling positive today!

• Working out 6/7 days a week
• Averaging 10,000 steps a day
• Averaging 5.9 miles a day on my walks

•Sticking to my calorie & carb intake

I hope all this effort will pay off. I’ve nearly hit my 5kg target 🥳 feeling great!

Thanks!! I’m definitely going to keep going with it. Friday’s are my day off exercising so always have that to look forward to as well 🙂 I’m loving it!!
