I've only lost 27 pounds in a little over 3 months and was hoping for an even 30!! And I've only lost about 1 pound this week :/ I think I hit some kind of plateau. At least I walked my 5 and a half miles today. Tomorrow is weight lifting day and I actually think I like aerobics better now! I think I will start walking in the gym instead of outside,I'm tired of walking outside and being chased by bees, dogs and other weird flying insects, lol. Toodles!!!
