I hate having have to be on my menstrual cycle. it just slows my progress and this before breakfast. hopefully this ends soon so I can go back to my treatment and continue to loose weight. 🙄
274.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
