i am getting a little frustrated. i know i shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but i feel it helps me stay on track with points. i do not love when i get a weight loss of 2 lbs. and then it goes up the next day, when i am following the points to a tee. i'll just keep going and hopefully not get so mad, i stop. still losing, so i guess that is what really matters.

I do the same thing, i know your not suppose to but i think i do it compulsively...like everytime i use the bathroom( LOL ) i can't help it. I want to see if i've lost anything! Anyways, we have to stay focussed. We'll get there eventually

I always did the same. I use to be really bad and like was said everytime I got up and used the bathroom and went to bed, take a shower everytime I was near the scale I couldn't help but stand on it. But I have stopped. The scale is no longer in my bathroom. Only in the kids, and I don't go in there very often. I do my weigh in at work on Wed or Thur morning. Don't give up. It will happen. Just pick one day and use it then hide it. But easier said then done I know. Maybe use your food log to keep on track of points instead of scale. Love my new machine. Can't stay on it very long at a time have very weak thighs. I did get up to 15 minutes yesterday. We can do this. Don't give up, it will happen.
