Down 1.5lbs!!! I am so excited that I'm moving in the right direction again! I'm looking forward to the October Challenge to keep this going.

NAME: Paige E
WEEK: 4

LBS LOST: 1.5

WEEKLY CARB COUNTS
Monday = 13.5
Tuesday = 17
Wednesday = 18.5
Thursday = 42 (oops!!)
Friday = 44 (ouch!! two days in a row!!!)
Saturday = 16
Sunday = 19 (planned, will edit later)

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: I am beginning to wonder about this carb cycling thing - especially since I have messed up for two days in a row and still lost a little weight. My biggest accommplishment this week is that I joined a gym. Next week, my biggest accomplishment is that I will go!!! ha!

Also, I had at least 2 cups of veggies every day. I want to stick to doing that. I found that I ate more salads, which I really enjoy and, I think, helped me lose this week.

Cool! A new low!! You REALLY need to start measuring. I'm gonna be looking for inches lost at the next challenge even though it's not a part of it. You gotta make up for this one! LOL ;) I do think veggies help. I think if you have a couple of Carb Up days, just let it be so and get back on track and it will help you lose. If you feel more hungry and don't go overboard on carbs it is good to listen to your body and maybe that is what helps your metabolism, not necessarily doing a regimented carb cycling, but allowing yourself higher carb days once in a while and then getting back on track. Congratulations! See you at the start line for the next challenge!
