Anyone could recommend a good fat and bmi scale. Mine isn’t very accurate. Can go on 3 time son a row and have a different weight 🤷🏼‍♀️ so hard to be sure I maintain as the doctors ordered. Thanks

I use the Xiaomi Mi scales; they tell you body score, body age and break it down into muscle, fat, water etc. :)
