Still hovering about 183 despite picking up my calories by about 100/day. Not intentional that, I think I am just rebelling against hypothyroidism. I think the upped hormones may be helping.
Saw a rheumalogist yesterday for the pain in my hands. She thinks just "wear and tear". Gods, getting old is amazingly lame. And I'm not even that old!
And the telephone interview last week hasn't called back for an in person interview. Wish I could just retire and stop banging my head against the wall.

I know what you mean, I'm ready for at least a semi retirement, having off a couple days a week, but I have at least 9 years to go.
I too have graves disease and have had a hard time trying to get it right. One messed up day and I gained 7 pounds. Starting over!

Rowan,
We were missing you over at the Daily Check In, so I thought I'd check on you. You see I found you :)
Yes, aging is NOT what I expected either, lol. Just a year or so behind you, I find things not working as I anticipate. I don't THINK old and I don't FEEL old, so why does my body constantly want me to BE old?!?!
Hey, the food choices you have posted look pretty good! Glad to see you hanging in there.
As far as the job? Anyone would be lucky to have you! Don't fret, all things happen in their own time. I'm sure the perfect thing is waiting for the perfect time!
