Had fish and chips one day, not done too much exercise, 2 ice cream this week, some chocolate, calorie intake was over limit 2 times this week, my clothes feel very loose now and stomach is flat. Still lots to go..
162.5 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1408 kcal Fat: 64.81g | Prot: 46.16g | Carb: 147.72g.   Breakfast: Cadbury Dairy Milk,  Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg with Potatoes and/or Onions (Tortilla Espanola, Traditional Style Spanish Omelette), Aldi Sweet Potato Curry. Lunch:  Vinaigrette Dressing, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, French's Classic Yellow Mustard,  Mixed Vegetables (without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled) ,  Beef Frankfurter or Hot Dog. Dinner: Danone Oykos Peach. Snacks/Other: Mars Malteasers,  Orange. more...
