Friend got me a book, Younger by Next Year for Women, great book, truly no nonsense, fun to read. Not a diet book, just about being healthy. I've been working to follow it's tenants, and wouldn't ya know, I've dropped six pounds in two weeks. So... here I go again, trying to find a lifestyle *not a diet* that works for me.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
