I was good all day yesterday then broke form and ate a piece of candy .. logged it and moving on . Today is a new day. I’m on week 4 of low carb and today my stomach is on fire .. maybe the candy did it. That’s karma for ya .. 🤭. Didnt make up to walk before work but the day is young . I’ll try to squeeze in something to get the heart ❤️ racing. It’s gonna be 100f here today so my goal is to hydrate and just eat on plan. Baby steps !
