Down a bit this morning. Yay! As of today, I am working in keeping my carb intake down. So far, so good. Hoping that it will show up in loser clothing and a smaller number on the scales soon. :) Work outs are going well!! I have added more walking, more time with weights and amped up my Trekker workout too. Feelin' it!!
