Scale is on the move again. I have been eating at my RDI of 1900 for 4 days now and scale just dropped over a lb this morning. I was only eating about 1300-1400 for a month and barely lost anything. Yes, I now believe fueling your body enables it to be properly fueled so it can burn. I think of it like a fireplace the more wood you put in it, the more efficient the fire!

Not to mention it's a lot more comfortable to be eating more, isn't it?? When I first started losing weight I was shooting for 1500 because I wasn't exercising much yet, & it was kinda hard for me. Right around 2000 seems to be very comfortable these days as I don't feel deprived or hungry at all, & the weight is still dropping off. Congrats on the loss! :)

Fantastic Babs! That's what I have found too. Slow and steady wins the race. I wish more people on here could get that message.

I agreew ith Johanne! I actually read somewhere that your body releases toxins if you lose the weight too fast and it can end up making you very sick, that terrifys me into wanting it to be slowwwwwwwwwww! I am glad the scale started moving for you again, keep up the great work!!!
