the thing is, I'm lazy. I hate housework, was quite happy working from home at my laptop. and ignoring the house. When my husband died 2o years ago I remember my eldest coming round one day and said, OMG mother, I always thought it was Dad who was untidy, but it's you. Nothing has changed . Walking, other than to meet friends, is boring. Lockdown is not a problem. Me and mine facetime, kids get my shopping, I occasionally cook. I read, watch TV, knit etc. l am quietly enjoying lockdown. Only downside is I'm a social drinker so I feel guilty having a glass or 2 on my own.
