I was getting into the car today and said out loud to my husband "if I were still counting calories, I'd be thinner right now." He said, "yeah, it definitely works."
I guess there is not much of a middle ground for me. Count calories and measure portions or eat compulsively.
Will weight myself tomorrow morning.
