Early weigh in before birthday weekend. It looks like a good drop but is only 0.3lb since last Friday. 'Events' keep getting in the way :) nice to have things to celebrate though.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
