Started feb last year at 78.9kg and worked my ass off with a personal trainer to get to 67kg. Somehow lost my mojo and all the weight just crept back. Joined Fat secret on Monday weighing 77.1kg. Trying hard to motivate myself and keeping track of everything i eat. Working hard with my trainer and holding thumbs. Weighing in on Friday....
