small level of ketosis. wonder where I done f'ed up. spicy italian salad from subway maybe. that coupled with the nibble of Jamie's cookie? need to really make an effort to add working out back into my routine. the knee issue along with working 10+ hr days to make sure my reports are good before the 15th have made it hard (gosh I have great excuses!)
