I think I'm doing okay. Gradually going back to healthy choices. Even though the boyfriend took me to Taco Bueno for lunch yesterday, I managed to eat just a small bean burrito and a taco. Dinner was subway. Today lunch was a Quizno's sammie and a side salad with very little dressing. Various snacking on granola bars and pretzels. Already have at least 60 ounces of water down and it's only 5. I'm sure I can do at least 4 more ounces. I'm really hungry though. Hopefully the pretzels will fill me up til I can grab something healthy for dinner.
However, I have NOT been able to drag my ass out of bed to go to the gym before work. Ugh. Why does sleep call to me with it's siren-like song?!
