Today I haven't weighed in or anything but I did eat much better! especially compared to Sunday... geez! tomorrow morning I am going to workout with my friend Leanna again and my little boy will be at home with daddy so I can really work up a sweat. I am looking forward to it and this food journal is helping me out so much! I hope I can keep this up!
