Last night I did a nice hour long workout. I felt really good when I was finished, and even though it was pretty late by the time I got my workout in, I was still able to sleep. Usually when I workout after dinner, I can't sleep at all that night.

Today I don't feel as pumped as yesterday...I think it's because I'm a little more stressed. If I wasn't being so strict with myself, today would definately be a Starbucks day!

I'll just have some more tea...
