Can't remember the last time I got at least 6 hrs of sleep consecutively in bed. As in, I didn't wake up to do something or go somewhere really quickly & go back to sleep an hour or 2 later or take a nap later in the day. That being said, I'm exhausted. But I told myself regardless of how much work I have to get done that I MUST go to bed @ midnight. Oh & I forgot that my Abnormal Psych test was curved, so I went from a 90% to a 94% = D Works for me!!

Today's stats (it's only 7pm): **UPDATE** @ 10:40PM & off to bed!!!

49 mins (out of my ascribed 30 mins) vigorous activity

Not too damn shabby for feeling like most of my day has been spent sitting. I did make it a point to walk for 45 mins during one of my breaks, which included a couple sets of stairs in 2 buildings. I have stairs throughout my day anyway, so that's just a bonus. I do have to say though, that I can already feel the effects on my body from the prolonged hours of sitting. My knees felt so weak & unstable going up the stairs today during the morning hours. I didn't have pain in my bad knee but I could feel the grinding happening again. All from 2 wks of little walking & major sitting. NO BUENO!!! So I have got to make myself move more, even if it means taking 30 min breaks, packing up my back pack & walking around then going back to studying. The last thing I need is for my knee to get really bad again.

On a really positive note, today has been a GOOD water day!! I'm over 80oz in at this point! Quite sure I'll get in at least 120, which is always what I want. The caffeine & fatigue have made it difficult to do so, but I REALLY pushed myself today. So I'm proud of myself & my body definitely appreciates it = )

Oye!! I'm so ready for bed right now but I need to get stuff done before I can even think of closing my eyes. Maybe I'll just make it 11 so I can attempt to go for 8 hrs in bed & a high % of sleep efficiency!! We shall see where the cards fall.

Thanks! I really tried to get sleep last night but my body didn't feel the need to cooperate after 4 hrs of sleep. Devising a new plan for sleeping, we'll see if it works.
