Today I went to the doctor and got some readings done. I've been sticking to my diet well, and I'm hoping to see some good results when I go back! I'm feeling confident. My legs are still all sorts of sore, but I'm determined to go and run a few miles. :) Wish me luck!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
