I just log everything I eat that passes my lips whether its good or bad, you have to be totally honest with yourself, then, on a day when its raining, I can scan through my previous food diary days and see what I can do to improve my eating habits ...... at the moment I've been cutting out all bread based products, salt and sugar for 2 weeks only to see if it helps with the bloated feeling that I have ..... I did cheat on VE DAY celebrations but have stuck to my regime since, also I will weigh myself on the 15th to see if it's all been worthwhile and then make a decision ...... Eating food without salt is OK for me as I use herbs and spices instead, Hubby likes his salt so at the moment I'm steaming mine and boiling his Veggies ..... Don't Give Up there is a solution to everything ..... MM x
