Crazy weather in Orange county. Yesterday, I hung out by a pool swimming and sunbathing. Today it is atleast 15 degrees cooler and raining. Last week, we had a sudden downpour on an 80 degree day. Then sunshine. Craziness. And it plays havoc with the sinuses.
although I no longer am logging on the weekends, I did pretty well. Went out to dinner and had a dish that was great and relatively low in carbs. worst thing I did was nibble a couple of small pieces of tortilla chips. Otherwise, I was good. Just wish my home scale wasn't so untrustworthy!
