Yesterday I fell off the wagon. There was a work social and I had a raspberry lemonade, 3 churros and ceviche. I also went out last night with a friend and had 3 beers. But, I still lost some weight, weighing in this morning .4 lbs lighter, which was nice. I was scared I would've gone backwards.

I've still not recovered from my fasting day and due to our late night last night (with Andrew M. at Coney Island), and another late night tonight (Teacher Training #2), I skipped my scheduled run this morning. But, I'll do it tomorrow, so it should still be okay (as long as I DO do it tomorrow).
