Holy cow, water weight! I feel like I am more back to "normal" from TOM and an unusually boozy weekend last weekend....but that will be confirmed if it stays low. so we'll see!
Didn't do as well as I would have liked calorie wise yesterday, hope to do better today. Need an afternoon snack, so I don't over do it when I come home starving before cooking dinner. That's always been and still remains probably the worst pitfall. The other is ice cream...generally solved by not buying it. No ice cream in the house right now so that's definitely a diet plus.

Definitely looking forward to this weekend being calmer, and about sleeping and taking care of my body! (Maybe make up for last weekend :-/) Went for a run this morning so off to a good start. Happy Friday all!
