Well i do not think I am so dissapointed because i gained 6 ounces I would have loved to see the scale go down don't get me wrong but I did good over the weekend. I didn't cheat I had fun with my kids and my fiancee and I ate the healthy way and felt good while doing it. Maybe before the month is out I will be at 199 let's cross finger on that one. I did good at the house warming party too only ate some swedish meatballs nix on the noodles LOL
