Well, we were gone all weekend for a fun, fun time! We went to Phantom of the Opera on Friday, then left Saturday for an overnighter cruise (yes, lots of food). On our way home we stopped at Claim Jumper for dinner tonight. So, back on track tomorrow and hope too much damage was not done over the weekend. I'm afraid to step on the scale but won't weight in until Tuesday. Anyway, I think the most important thing is not kick myself too much because this is not something we do every weekend and get back on track instead of throwing in the towel.
??? Does it count that I had the cooking light version of Jerk Chicken on board the ship (for only 169 calories)?? I was trying to make smarter choices, so yeah for that!!

Phantom Of The Opera, lucky people, My wish is go to it, well maybe next yr, Sounded as if you had a brill wekend, I think when you are on this site you say no and make healthier choices without knowing it, you would never had the lighter version of Jerk Chicken if you not sharing here on site, Try do a detox day, make yr veg soup and sugar free jelly, it does work. Good luck on tomorrows weigh in, and as you say dont kick yrsel up bout it, no matter how "bad" you thik it could be, it would have been worse if you were not on the site sharing XX Carmel
