Yesterday was a very bad day. I went to the rodeo, and drinks were just being handed to me left right and center. I stopped at four and did not go to the afterparty.
I stepped on the scale and there is only a couple ounce gain. I am no longer in Ketosis.
I will burn off maybe 300 calories or more at the gym on my lunch break today. I want to burn off the alcohol so that I can enter back into ketosis.
I did walk home yesterday which was a big pain in the butt but I did it and maybe burned 150 calories doing so. Either way...Once in a while on special occasions drink wont kill me. I bet the co-workers are going to be super hung over!
