Workout 4. Got in pushups, sit-ups, Abs, and Weight training. Splitting weight workout machines over two separate sessions. Will call them A & B. Also got in a 30 minute jog & did a basketball shoot-around for 30 minutes.

Alternate days in between workouts will be Tread walk or Eliptical for 1 hour followed by an hour of swimming.
