Ugh, it was a BAD diet weekend! Took a couple days off in a row, and went a little crazy. Back in the saddle again tomorrow morning, and I think I'll be back to counting calories for at least a week to feel in control of my eating once more.

I think fall is the hardest time of the year to lose weight. Less sunlight, cooling climate, more inside activities, plus the fact that our genes probably would like to see us put more fat on... to get through winter. But it is doable. I reached my goal last year the week after Thanksgiving. Hang in there!
