I’ll rotate fruits out but the kefir and seeds stay. Easy way to hit micros and get probiotics.

You two are missing out! Kefir is a daily item for me, too many benefits to not have it (unless you eat a lot of fermented food lol). And I can see it gettin messy in the kitchen as well lol

@albert, thanks! I already take 1g of curcuminoids a day. Curcumin is probably one of the best “supplements” that has come to light in a LONG time.
