Looking at eating half the calories I did yesterday. I was so out of control. Not going to lose weight like that! I'm glad I recorded most of it. It was good to see how many calories that all was.

Thank you for the buddy invite and yeah, it's definitely interesting to see the numbers in print so that you can adjust for healthier choices. I peeked at your diary and now I want a payday bar, LOL.
