The last couple days have been long since the sudden death of my cousin. Just so hard to believe. Today was a long with the furneral.
I know I haven't gotten in the intense exercise that I need. I really haven't eatten all that great either. Not too many calories just not enough or the right types of foods. Here is to getting back on track!
Tomorrow I have my nephew coming for the weekend. His first night away from home and it should be fun. He just turned 7 and really wants to come and play. I am pretty sure that I will get my exercise tomorrow:-)
