Only half of a fast food portion and it skyrockets my sodium intake. . . .yea, the hell with that shit, I have a LOT of MUCH better tasting food that doesn't have near as much sodium in it. . .yea, fast food should become nothing more than a one or two times a month treat. . . same with that processed, pre-made BS, it's time to break the northerner diet before it becomes a habit, time to return to the traditional Cajun diet which consists of rice and meat, a pretty equal 50/50 split let me mind you.

I was so much healthier when I did that with a few veggies on the side. The hell with this northern style convenience diet.
