Opps,
had a total come apart last time I dieted and after dinner really wanted a candy. I ate a honey toffee, then every honey toffee in the house along with a very robust serving of coconut vegan fudge, and 3 whole pieces of fruit. Woah, I was having one of those nutty "I must eat it!" moments.
Today I am hopping to just get back to the fasting, and so far it is good. Now at 2:15 I am starting to feel a little light headed, but generally all is well.
