@Fritzy, my protein goal is only 110 grams daily and I drink protein supplements. What's your protein goal?

John, I just sent you a private message. I try for 60 grams of protein a day, even more if I can. But my doctor (a vegan) reassures me that 40 is plenty for me. I asked him about muscles and he said if I had to cut down trees every day then may I'd need more protein, but for my life and diet 40 is okay. I really think 60-75 would be better.
