Could Scream, Had my journal completed and hit wrong button and lost it all, Well here goes AGAIN. I want to thank you all for the support Im getting from this site. Its like having you all sitting on my shoulders Like Beautiful Angels and helping me make the right choices, Im going to think of wrong choices as A Deviland all you Angels with wands beating him off. I made another challange to mysel, not to be on the computer so long, Today while reading losinisfun's journel he had a book on it bout stepping out and I remembered that I had a similiar book called The Step Dietso I went looking for it,One of the things it says to do is to tke 5 mins walking breaks from the computer, also even tells you put the book down and go for a walk. Which I did, was not ready to go out in "public" so walked around the garden also the sun shone and did a lot of washing including changing 5 beds, Another thing I promised myself is get up bit earlier and check in for support and chat to my buddies, we are in different time zones and after college not check in till all my jobs and class work done. I want this to continue to be enjoyable. I know Im not eating enough Points but as Ive said before I am and always have been a healthy meal eater, even at 23+ st Docs were suprised I had no "fats" in my blood and my cholestral was perfect and drinking the water is filling me up as well. I have to go out tomorrow, my pal is getting me to meet her, so I have to go out but have to weigh in at least Ill know my exact weight. Fingers X for me and Thank you all again
