Day 3 of my new life....
The first couple of weeks are always the hardest.
I got alot of sleep last night, but am still not back to my full energy yet...
Since I haven't been able to work in a few weeks, money is down a little and haven't been able to buy much food at the grocery store...I should be back at work tomorrow for sure, though.
I didn't exercise like I wanted to yesterday, because it rained all day and couldn't go to the gym.
I'm going to make some egg salad today for lunch. I'll probably eat it with a regular salad instead of on bread...
Hopefully I'll get in my exercise today but I'm only doing as much as my poor lil body allows...my main thing is eating right, and staying on my diet...first things first.
