Getting back on track after going away for the weekend. Tried to skip drinking around the campfire, but peer pressure was too much. Also, rained so I couldn't run. Gained a few lbs. On a positive note, I bought a souped-up golf cart, the "Jeff Beater", so I could beat my brother in a race.
