So workout on your butt??? Nah, that probably doesn't work either. I'd give you the crap of muscle is more than fat blah blah blah, but I'm so sick of hearing that I could scream....so, instead, sis...I give you absolutley no good answer at all. That's what sisters are for, right?

Hey girl! Come on now and get up off that sofa. You probably don't feel like it right now, but after you workout you will feel better and be glad you did!! Trust me, I just went through the same feeling. I was home for 45 minutes and finally made my self go walk/jog a mile. I was dreading it. . .but now, I feel so energized. Come on, I know you can do it!!! Pshyche yourself into something!

Sorry for the missunderstanding to your previous comment. Sometimes we work our butts off and still gain or come to a stand still. I can truely say, that has happened to me. Maybe you should try a different exercise or workout. Sometimes it is good to skip a day too. There is such thing, as working out too much. You can do this!!!!

Oh, if only working out TOO much was my problem! I worked out yesterday with my personal trainer....now usually that's all I do until I meet her again in two week! I guess that's why I get annoyed...I'm a couch potato for two weeks then work out like crazy and I gain. Sigh....I know, consistancy is what I need. Well, I will re-read your comment telling me to get off my butt and do something when I get home tonight...cuz you are right!

Heck, Gotchocolate has ME motivated after THAT! Now I can't wait for my lunch hour to get my walk in and I owe myself at least 200 crunches tonight...did 100 last night but since I can't do anything this weekend I need to 'stock up'. Thanks for the motivation! Andrea...we can do this. We were raised couch potatoes...just start slow. Try to do one thing a day. That's how i'm getting started and it's (sorta) working. I'm trying to walk at least 30 minutes at lunch and then at least 100 crunches when I get home. There have been a few days that I didn't get to walk but I feel as long as I don't bail on both in the same day...that's better than before right??? We can do this!!!

Ya, I know you are right...I should start trying to walk at lunch...today I can't because I have a doctor's appointment but I'll try to do something tonight...I was really motivated yesterday to do something but when I got home all I wanted to do was sleep.

It's hard to do stuff at night. Heck I don't even walk in the door until after 6 or 6:30 then I have to make dinner...and more importantly drink beer...but if you can start bringing lunch and eating at your desk then you can take an hour and walk around or something...then when you get home you don't have to feel guilty about being lazy.
