Great day! I ate well and I had another nice workout. I am a little sore today but the Snap Challenge going on right now is so awesome! I am up for the challenge and will work my tail off to win.
241.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
