I'm halfway to my first goal and it's only been a week. Hubby is trying to help by keeping my feet on the ground, reminding me that the first 10-15 pounds come off pretty quick, it's the rest that gets harder. Still, it's difficult to not be over the moon about this! I haven't been this weight in just over two years.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
